Below are the requirements we need from all clients seeking our Catering Services:

Advance notice, preferably 2-3 weeks ahead of time is required.
An estimate of the number of people to be served.
A minimum of 50 people to be served is required.
As a deposit, we require that you submit your credit card.
Before the day of the event, the contract-agreement is sent to you for review and your approval.
Perfect for family gatherings or small to mid-sized corporate events.


Below are the requirements we need from all clients seeking our Banquet Services:

Advance notice, preferably 2-3 weeks ahead of time is required.
A minimum of 80 people to be served is required.
All specifics, such as entrees, menu items and drinks to be served are to be discussed in advance with any one of the managers at Gauchos Village.
As a deposit, we require that you submit your credit card.
Before the day of the event, the contract-agreement is sent to you for review and your approval.
Perfect for corporate events.


Below are the requirements we need from all clients seeking our Private Party Services:

Advance notice, preferably 2-3 weeks ahead of time is required.
All private parties must be held at Gauchos Village.
The event must be scheduled during the morning or afternoon hours and held Sundays through Thursdays only. Friday and Saturday events must be approved by contacting any one of the managers at Gauchos Village.
For night events, this must be considered a SPECIAL occasion only, the restaurant must be completely booked with at least 180 guests and the event must be approved in advanced by contacting any one of the managers at Gauchos Village.
For a 'Club Night' : Fridays and Saturdays it will start at 11:00 PM. All other nights, it is possible to start at 9:00 PM.
