Varital/Blend: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Shiraz, 15% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes:

The dominant varietal, Cabernet Sauvignon has the most influence on this Chilean Masterpiece. It brings a hint of spice behind very full-bodied fruit flavors. The Shiraz adds another layer of spice and body and the Cabernet Franc brings complexity and a silky smooth finish.

Food Pairing:

This is an especially well suited wine for a grilled red meats, aged ripe cheeses and savory pate.

Ideal Serving Temperature: 65 Degrees F
